Much more than just a haunted house!

How we got started…

In the fall of 2003 Crockett county built a new school. The old school and grounds were taken over by the county and later turned over to the city of Friendship , TN. In 2006 the city of Friendship allowed the Friendship Citizens Committee (FCC) to use the old school and grounds for a haunted house in an effort to raise funds for a
community center and park.

Who is the FCC?

The FCC is made up of 12 people that reside in Friendship, TN. They work to raise funds in various ways. Nightmare on Walnut Street , the haunted house, has turned out to be the largest fundraiser the committee has. It brought in over 800 people the first year in 2006 and over 1400 people in 2007. It keeps getting bigger and better every year!
Make sure to check it out this year!

They also have a concession stand they set up at the annual Friendship Christmas Parade and they rent out the old school gym for birthdays parties, family reunions, basketball games, and other special events.

If you need a place for your next gathering remember to contact the FCC for information on renting the gym. For info and questions please call:
